Cries of an Fallen Angel

this is something different from the usual but i felt the need to try and write this poem...my first poem..not sure if its my last. but i've got plans for my future photo's. so anyways. hope you enjoy this..its really depro but try to see past it and see the messages hidden in the poem. i feel that theres no such thing as useless art..most of the pieces of art that you see might be the feelings of the artist converted in to something you can hear or something visual.  and if you understand the art piece...if you understand the message the artist tried to convey..if you can feel the work of art..feel the emotions seeping out of the work of art..whether its a song. a photograph. a sketch , a poem, a story , a painting...anything..if you understand the art...you might be able to understand the artist's inner being..inner struggles....what ever the artist likes/hates are, what makes him/her sad or happy..if you feel anything when viewing or listening to the art...the person has succeeded in making art.   here's the poem...

Cries Of an Fallen Angel

Alone

helpless

broken

crawling on the ground

crying...begging..screaming

for someone

anyone......

to hear me...

                hear my cries.

feel my pain

alone

helpless

broken

waiting...praying..hoping

for someone...anyone

to answer my cries

through the darkness

through the pain..

           ..the suffering

someone...

anyone...

to help me..

      ..lift me out of the darkness,to show me the way towards the light

to mend these broken wings of mine

..to help me fly...help me fly away from the pain..the suffering..the anger

the despair

someone to who wil stay with me...stay at my side..

anyone?

..no one..

alone

helpless

broken

hopeless

crying..

...begging

screaming in the pitch black that is darkness.

for someone

anyone..

to shine some light on me..

but only darkness,sadness and pain greets me...

 their sinister smiles glinting..their eyes glowing..their teeth..their claws...poised for attack...

blackening out all hope..

leaving me for death to do with as he pleases..

drowning the last of my hope...

last of my will to live

in the end..the message you get out of the work of art...it might reveal something about yourself..something deep down in you that might have made you sad..happy..angry..what ever the emotion..if you feel something when viewing art...try to find the cause of those feelings..if its bad feelings..try to solve the cause of those feelings..if its happy feelings..try to surround yourself more with what makes you happy...if you feel nothing when viewing the piece..the artist has failed in making art....all of this might sound like a load of bullshit but this is how i see art.

so you don't have to listen to what i've just said. and if you didn't like what i've just said..well theres nothing that i can do about it. but if you liked what i've just said..then i'm happy...i'm happy that theres at least something  that i've done that meant something to someone..and thank you. 

this was a long post..sorry about it but i just wanted to add this to the post to try and carry a message out..till the next post..have a great 2011 and enjoy the last few days of a hard 2010. 

more Beautiful waves that i couldn't surf

These waves looks super fun to surf. some of them breaking deeep out at sea. some of them breaking close to shore..some of them breaking right on rocks.. but one thing that all of these waves have in common..is the sharks that can be found in the area...its a really bad idea to swim here alone..but one day..im going to take a bunch of friends and we're going to conquer these waves

They say that the eye is the window to one's soul. I'd say this is true. for me the eye is probably the most beautifulest part of the body.

A boy,2 girls and a bird who likes to pose for the camera

These are my first ever portrait shots...I've still got much to learn but personally I would say that these aren't too bad for a my first time. the photo's of the two girls was at a birthday shoot and I took the photo of the boy at a event during the holidays. the photo of the bird checking you out was taken during the December holidays at a bird park.

unfortuanatly no one was out so I couldn't get any photo's of anyone on one of these beasties and we had to leave because it was getting dark and we still had a long walk ahead of us....but I'm going to get a few boogers together and arange shoot's so that I'll be able to update more with some photo's of our local talent showing what their made of...and maybe a few photo's of surfers. oh and im busy trying to get into bmx and skating type of photography so hopefully you'll see photo's of some skaters and the rest on here. well sorry about all of the blabbering above but it's really boring riding on the bus home so I thought that I'll just update my blog a bit...anyway...I'll be updating soon so keep an eye on here.                 JandreLouis.

Well there's not really much to say except for welcoming you to my blog and telling you why I've started this blog....so welcome and the reason for me starting this blog is to share my photo's with the world out there.
